Learn to listen to their feedbacks and find ways to adjust according to what they need. By doing this you can gain their trust and confidence in your brand. 3. Be Dynamic:
In the attention economy, people’s wants and needs can easily change. You must be dynamic enough to be ready for these changes and adapt to the current needs of your market. Always be on an alert and listen to your market. If you are not open to any changes, your success will be short-lived.
